Mô tả công việc
• Manage BAU of Security Management in according to the internal policies/ procedures and ensure the compliance to SBV's requirement.
- Grand/ Revoke/ Modify access rights for users in according to the requirement under the SOP/ Procedures.
- Carry out the periodically check to ensure access rights of staff resignation/end of contract notification are revoked fully.
- Develop, implement/ periodic review of security policies, protocols and procedures
- Oversea the preparing of surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate users when responding to emergencies and alarms/ Investigate and resolve issues.
• Project Management works for Security Management:
- Deliver objective of Security Management for fit-out works/ renovation works of offices and branches in a cost efficient and effective way.
- Lead design works/ check drawings, tender documents included tender drawings, bill of quantity, technical specifications, materials list contract for Security Management.
- Check material samples, construction drawings, shop drawings, and other project drawings to ensure to compliance with technical specifications and requirements.
- Provide technical clarification and validate technical proposal from bidders/ Contractors.
- Manage Security Management contractor and their renovation works to ensure the deliverables and completion of the project in term of quality, schedule & cost effective.
- Carry out relevant risk assessments when required.
• Ensure adherence to all procedures and rules & regulations of the Authorities and Group.
• Budget/ timescale planning for renovation projects/ space planning of the Bank.
• Be responsible the necessary preparation to take over Security Management of C Premises in order to ensure that we can continue to operate on our own after the TSA.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
• Degree in facilities, M&E, property, building, estate management or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Possesses minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences
• Effective supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent planning, analytical, problem solving & communication (verbal and written) skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active and able to work independently with sound technical knowledge to deliver results within tight deadlines
