MISSION
Self-managed acquisition, activation and reactivation of pre-defined core target group customers within defined territory, region or district. The aim is to increase market penetration, to develop the number of buying customers and to significantly increase our Share of Wallet with a long-term perspective of cooperation and partnership with customers.
Hunter sales representatives will be accountable for delivering expected results in terms of number of registered customers, number of buying customers, turnover generated by these customers.
He or She will ensure good sales mix by influencing the customer basket as well as the customer purchasing experience.
He or She will be reported functionally to the Sales Team Leader and disciplinary to the Store Manager.
ACTIVITIES
Acquire and register new customers
· He or She will be in charge to visit 20 prospects everyday with a professional and commercial pitch that must persuade them to get registered in the Central Retail Customer File. He or She will gather all necessary elements enabling Central Retail to communicate, contact, visit and invite these new registered customers.
· He or She will be responsible to registered at least 90% of the estimated Prospect and maintain high level of data accuracy to enable her/him to deliver expected target.
· For all prospect, He or She will be in charge to determine the Customer Addressable Potential and the Accessible one.
Activate the new registered customers
· He or She will be accountable to transform at least 30% of the new registered customer as BUYING CUSTOMERS. To make things happen He or She will present the defined Value Proposition and benefits that customers will gain through solutions, services and assortment we propose to the Core Targeted Customers Mon & Pop).
· He or She will use professional sales pitch with the aim to initiate the FIRST BUYING.
· He or She will follow the first buying to gather customer feedback, comments, demands and needs. The objective is to ensure a good shopping experience and to facilitate the SECOND PURCHASE.
Canvass and cover his/her territory to catch all new business opportunities
· He or She will be responsible to visit and contact ALL PROSPECTS and EXISTING CUSTOMERS as often as needed to reach a high level of territory coverage.
· He or She will collect all necessary information regardless the competitions, suppliers, potential newcomers, market trends and expectations with the goal to always upgrade our VALUE PROPOSITION & Unique Selling Propositions.
Deliver the expected results in terms of registration, activation, sales, frequency and customer satisfaction
· He or She will be accountable to deliver expected results for a set of defined Key Indicator and to always looking for overshooting their targets.
Report and communicate all customer, market and competition information needed, requested and useful enabling us to GENERATE VALUE. Use all tools (CRM) and solutions providing to make things happen, effective and efficient
· He or She will report on a structural way all information enabling Target Group Manager, Commercial Team, Operations and Finance departments to increase the the Core Target Group Performance, to improve the assortment and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Education: Bachelor degree (but experience can compensate the lack of graduation)
