B2B Vertical Intern

We are currently seeking B2B vertical intern to join our team. The position of B2B Vertical Intern at TP-Link will be the assistant in researching and developing the corporate clients in the field of networking devices, cameras, and related IT products. Below is a detailed job description for this position:
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and Finding end-users:
Conduct research to identify TP-Link's target market and approach potential end-users in the networking devices and camera industry. For example, Restaurants and cafes, Hotel and tourism resort, Schools and universities, Hospitals and medical institutions, Government departments and public places, Commercial office buildings and office buildings, Retail stores and shopping malls
Analyze the competition and understand customer needs.
2. Media Research
Connect to the MKT department, based on the target market and different industry, find out more customers, opportunities and update the promotion resources from MKT team regularly on the major social platforms. For example, Facebook group, Linked In, Forum, collect and summarize data.
3. Market Research:
Stay updated on the networking devices, cameras, and other IT products industry trends and new opportunities.
Propose innovative solutions and product development based on market insights.
4. Consultation and Information collection:
Provide advice to customers regarding TP-Link's products and solutions, address their queries, and motivate them to make purchases.
Collect the customer information and understand their pain points, communicate with PM to propose feasible solutions to meet customer needs, improve our products to get more business opportunities.
5. Sales Promotion:
Assist TP-Link B2B vertical sales team and Technical team to propose and implement sales promotion strategies, including participating in trade shows, events, or organizing seminars related to TP-Link's products and solutions.
Observe marketing activities' results, have your own thinking and make suggestions for improvement.
Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
