Mô tả công việc
• [Sales target management by channel] Prepare to set the optimal sales target that will drive continued growth of the business unit and channel accounts (partners).
• [Sales execution] Carry out sell-in and sell-out that focus on achieving the target in-store share based on cooperation with channel accounts.
• [Channel monitoring and risk management] Participate in the building of trust with channel accounts and creation of a foundation for continued revenue growth.
• PSI Management: manage distributor's monthly sales, inventory, annual purchase forecast.
• Manage and control PC (Product counselor) sales performance with retail outlet managers.
• Cooperate with retail partners, marketing team to organize and hold promotion events to increase product sales (seminar, distribution of samples and leaflets, dealer visits, ...).
• Manage in-store marketing (showroom, POSM) and sales status of key sub-leaders and shops in accordance with Company guidelines to increase product availability, improve brand awareness and end-users experience.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same industry (electrical/electronics/home appliances)
• English skill: Moderate level (Basic level can be considered depending on other qualifications and character)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Power Point
• Good communication skill
• Proactive and willing to learn new things
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Detail-oriented
• Good management of individual tasks
• Responsible character is high priority
• Team player - able to work well with team members under high pressure
• Enthusiastic, willing to support others
• Initiative; Can-do attitude; Be open to changes and making necessary changes.
