Job Purpose
Drive a high-performing sales organization by designing and delivering learning and development programs that build functional capability across the B2C Sales and Technical Consulting teams.
Key Accountabilities
1. Capability Gap Analysis
● Conduct competency assessments to identify skill gaps across Commercial team
● Propose targeted learning interventions: training, coaching, individual development plans (IDP)
2. Training Management
● Develop and maintain a core curriculum for B2C Sales and Technical Consulting
● Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build the annual Training Master Plan (TMP)
● Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers and content quality
● Control training costs within approved budget
3. Commercial Capability Building
● Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires
● Deliver functional training: selling skills, value-based selling, product knowledge
● Support certification process for key sales programs
● Coach frontline sales teams and embed coaching practices at supervisory level
4. Development Program Support
● Coordinate rotational development programs and succession planning initiatives
● Support IDP setting and performance improvement action plans
● Generate coaching tracking reports and learning effectiveness reports
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
Education
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a Technical field
● Certified Training Professional or Certified Coaching Professional: advantage
Experience
● Minimum 5 years in B2C sales (field sales experience is mandatory)
● Demonstrated experience in sales training and/or coaching delivery
● Experience in B2C physical products (building materials, FMCG, or related industries: preferred)
Functional Competencies
● Training design and facilitation
● Sales coaching methodology
● Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Learning Management
● Change management
● Analytical and reporting skills (learning effectiveness, coaching tracking)
Tools & Skills
● Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
● Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously and meet deadlines
