We are a Vietnam-based e-commerce technology building a platform for sellers to launch and scale cross-border dropshipping stores, think Shopify, but purpose-built for dropshipping. Our ecosystem spans storefront management, supplier integration, automated order fulfillment, and cross-border logistics. We're growing fast and looking for a Business Analyst who thinks beyond documentation - someone who understands the product, challenges requirements, and helps turn business and user needs into practical product solutions.

Job Description:
Work closely with BOD and cross-functional stakeholders to understand, clarify, and analyze business and user needs.
Build and maintain the product backlog, and define clear requirements through User Stories, Use Cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Analyze and help prioritize requirements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Prepare BRD, FRS, and product function guides when needed.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and QC teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, support requirement clarification during development and testing, and coordinate issue resolution.
Monitor product performance and user feedback after release, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to product optimization.
Participate in knowledge sharing and support junior BA team members when needed.
