- Read and understand requirement specification
- Analyze and create software specification
- Create System Design with instruction from Team Lead
- Create Detail Design independently
- Do coding and unit test
- Provide technical guidance, review on source code and design documents to lower level staffs in project.

EDUCATION
-Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES
- At least 2 years experience in .NET, C#, SQL Server / SharePoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft TFS and related software.
- Experience in Dynamics 365, Microsoft's CRM product
- Knowledge of Dynamic 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Services, Marketing
- Very good knowledge of customization on Dynamics 365
- Very good knowledge of APIs
- Able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Able to collaborate with a team and have a strong desire to excel.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Intermediate English
- Japanese skill is a plus
