Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities
● Backend Development: Design and implement server-side applications using modern frameworks and languages to support banking solutions.
● API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration with front-end systems, mobile apps, and third-party banking platforms.
● Framework Utilization: Leverage the Spring framework (Spring Core, Spring Security, Spring Boot) to develop secure, scalable, and efficient backend services.
● System Integration: Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to integrate backend systems with client-facing applications.
● Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices (e.g., authentication, encryption) to meet banking compliance requirements like KYC, AML, and data protection.
● Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in backend systems to ensure low latency and high availability under heavy loads.
● Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews to uphold our "competing on quality" standard.
● Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, delivering fixes quickly in line with our "nimble and fast" motto.
