Mô tả công việc
- Prepare memo, get approvals and be in charge of communication to bank partners
- Update the compensation results and be responsible of communication to relevant parties
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the compensation payments should be on time and accurate
- Work with DCOM to verify when having any discrepancies or complaints from partners regarding compensation payment
- Proceed the approval process for compensation payments from PD to partners
- Prepare and store necessary documents for filling and for audit purpose
- Prepare and proceed verification on appeal cases happened to compensation
- Updating current result of the compensation package
- Provide information and communication when having partners' feedback on report/payment [protected info]
- As assigned by Line Manager depending on department's requirement
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor level is required, majored in Mathematics, Statistics or Business Management. MBA is a plus.
- Min 2-3 years of working experience, preferable in life insurance or FMCG industries
- Good understanding of life insurance industry is a plus.
- Analytic mindset, careful, detailed, excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
