Job Description:
We're seeking an organized and efficient Bar Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our bar, including staff scheduling, recruitment, inventory management, and more.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and scheduling staff shifts and assignments
Recruiting and training new team members
Communicating with suppliers and placing orders for supplies
Assisting with inventory management and tracking
Performing administrative tasks (e.g., payroll, customer complaints)
Assisting with policy and procedure implementation
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Covering shifts when needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in a similar role (hospitality industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software
