o Engage in beverage preparation and service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
o Have thorough knowledge of the drink list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
o Ensure that guest expectation is met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
o Liaise with stewarding and housekeeping in operational matters to ensure the operation run smoothly.
