We are looking for a Battery Pack Design QC Manager to perform quality control operations for battery pack design and development. Your main responsibilities include but not limited to analyzing, processing, judging, deciding, and modifying the whole technical operation process of battery pack design to ensure that the design results meet the required technical specifications
You will need to be inclined to take charge and begin incremental improvement without waiting for an ultimate solution.
*** Position Responsibilities:
- Evaluate quality of battery pack design to ensure the design meets technical specifications and
approved quality standards
- Execute battery pack design analysis and design quality planning
- Perform sample test and identification of products to carry out reliable battery pack design
verification and confirmation.
- Perform regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with
company and federal standards.
- Conduct pack design assessments on products to identify quality issues and sending feedbacks to R&D Team.
- Conduct market research and determine product quality requirements
- Participation in building quality standards for Battery pack in accordance with requirements from different markets
Yêu cầu
- Master or Bachelor's degree in engineering, automotive or any relevant majors
- Minimum 7 - 10 years' experience in R&D Quality/Engineering in Li-ion Battery industry, ideally with 5 years in controlling product development process & 5 years in Engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge of global standards for battery pack development
- Experience with implementing and managing QC operations via digital/computerized systems (SAP) is required
- Demonstrated ability to successfully execute responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across corporate functions and multiple stakeholders
