Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Battery Quality Control Director to accountable for developing, implementing and managing the cell & pack design quality control for battery development process. Your main responsibilities include but not limited to establishing and maintaining the effective process of design quality control that meets specification requirements and quality standards.
- Manage the timing and quality of product development program
- Evaluate quality, risk at different development stages and give improvement requests to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Establish evaluation standards for battery cell/pack design to ensure the design meets technical
specifications and approved quality standards.
- Lead team to build quality standards for battery pack/cell in accordance with requirements from
different markets and build DVP/PVP testing standards to evaluate design and manufacturing quality.
- Review and approve testing processes for outsourced products.
- Follow and track supplier's testing timeline and testing progress.
- Establish requirements and develop on-the-job-training plans for the QC team to ensure personnel are qualified and proficient with applicable global requirements and internal governing procedures.
Yêu cầu
- Master or Bachelor's degree in engineering, automotive or any relevant majors
- Minimum of 10 years in R&D Quality programming, planning & quality control for product development process, including 5 years at similar management role
-Demonstrated expertise in qualification/validation of analytical methods, ideally for Li-ion Battery
- Managerial Skills - Employee & Team Development / Career
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills
