🌱 BETRIMEX is looking for an experienced Preprocessing Manager to lead our Drilling & Preprocessing operations at Phong Nẫm, Bến Tre.
What you'll own:🔹 Production planning & execution - ensuring productivity, quality & delivery
🔹 3P workforce & equipment performance management
🔹 Production data & cost control through SAP
🔹 Material yield & recovery optimization
🔹 BOM / Recipe / Resource / Production Version management
🔹 Food safety & compliance: FSSC 22000 | Halal | Kosher | Organic | 5S
🔹 Continuous improvement & problem-solving
🔹 Team leadership, KPI management & capability development
We're looking for:🎓 Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Food Technology, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
💼 5+ years in food manufacturing, including 2+ years in a Production Manager/Department Manager role
🥥 Experience in coconut processing or agricultural raw material processing is a strong plus
📊 Strong capabilities in production planning, data analysis, cost control and people management
💻 SAP experience is preferred
📍 Location: Phong Nẫm, Bến Tre
