Mô tả công việc
- Establishing and maintaining the highest standard of service and generate profits in accordance
with the establishments budget within the kitchen and other areas as designated.
- Maintain close control over store supply ensuring that adequate quantities of food items are at
hand at all times.
- Ensure the recipes and costing are established and updated.
- Menu Preparation and Seasonal Food Concept development.
- Plan and Attend pre-meal Briefing Sessions of major restaurants or banquets.
- Inspect food stores and implement proper storage to avoid waste.
- Help to execute well constructed Food &Beverage promotions on a regular basis.
- Supervise and administer the entire kitchen operation to ensure correct procedures are adhered
to daily food preparation.
- Monitor the quality of the food; strive for high productivity by the management.
- Develop attractive menus and create standard recipes with pictures accordingly.
- Inspect storerooms, refrigerators and freezers daily to ensure no wastage.
- Visit twice monthly markets for products and price research - together with purchasing.
- Make sure standard recipes are used, and food is presented according to picture.
Yêu cầu
- University degree or above specialized in kitchen.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position at 4-5 * hotels and resorts
