Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a R&D Engineer (Mechanical, $600, ID16075)
Conduct research and development activities for new products and improve existing products based on customer and market requirements.
Design, test, and validate product specifications, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to support product development and commercialization.
Prepare technical documents, test reports, drawings, and product specifications.
Monitor product performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support customers and internal departments with technical consultations, troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries.
Requirement
Male, < 40 years old
Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields
3 years of experience in R&D engineering for mechanical products, molds, automotive and motorcycle components
Good command of written English and fair verbal communication skills
