Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, dashboards, and insights to support business performance tracking and decision-making.
Areas of Responsibility
1. Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
Prepare and consolidate financial reports (MTD, YTD P&L, revenue, cost, profitability).
Manage and update standardized reporting templates across Business Units.
Ensure timely submission of reports in line with defined timelines.
Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Dashboard & Performance Tracking:
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor financial and business performance.
Track key metrics and highlight variances or unusual trends.
Support preparation of monthly reports and presentations for management review.
3. Business Intelligence & Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by stakeholders.
4. Planning & Decision Support:
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and align data inputs.
Assist in preparing business review materials.
5. Data & Process Management:
Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and files.
Improve and automate reporting processes (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Work with relevant teams to resolve data or system issues.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: 3-5 years in BI/
Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar roles.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail.
Competency: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)
Technical: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Operational: Strong deadline management, accuracy, ability to handle large datasets
Human & Cultural: Ability to present insights clearly and work with stakeholders.
