Key responsibility:
• Electrical Installation Delivery
Manage electrical installation works, including power distribution, electrical panels, cabling, earthing, and lighting, to ensure completion in accordance with approved designs and project schedules, measured by milestone adherence and the number of rework items.
• Machine Installation
Plan and control the installation, power connection and commissioning of production and utility machines to support on-time production start, as measured by the variance between actual and planned commissioning dates.

• Technical Review & Inspection
Review electrical drawings, method statements and materials, and carry out inspection and testing of completed work, as measured by first-time pass rate and the number of defects found at handover.

• Cost & Material Control
Prepare BOQs and material take-offs, verify contractor quantities and control material use, as measured by the variance of actual cost against approved budget.
• Contractor & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate electrical contractors, machine vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and interface conflicts, as measured by contractor quality and on-time issue closure.
• Documentation & Handover
Maintain test reports, as-built drawings and acceptance records, and hand over systems to Maintenance, as measured by the completeness of handover records.
