We have immediate openings for Building Information Modeling (BIM) professionals with expertise in Revit and Revit API. If you are proficient with BIM and want to work during pre-construction and construction phase of commercial building projects, please read on!
BIM Engineer's Job Responsibilities:
• The ability to work in a variety of construction environments
• Must be willing to handle BIM projects and manage the delegated work
• Working with our clients during pre-construction or in construction phase to build 3D Models, prepare 2D Design Drawings, As-Built and other Submittal drawings.
• Delegate and review work being done by the offshore team of BIM professionals.
• Strive to continuously develop your skills in our core applications.
• A passion for project delivery, people, customer service and your work.
Yêu cầu
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
• Bachelor degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC).
Other Requirements:
• Knowledge of European construction project management issues is preferable
• MEP design knowledge is an advantage
• Proficiency in other BIM software (Solibri, Naviswork,...) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effective participation in team environment
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working with Dynamo
• Experience with making Addin for Revit
• Programming knowledge and passion about Revit API
