Overall purpose of the job:
Responsible for the execution of brand communication
plans, developing storytelling content, and ensuring brand consistency across
channels and materials. This role supports corporate and product communication
activities while helping maintain a strong brand identity through clear messaging and
consistent CI application.
1. Brand Communication Execution & Campaign Coordination
- Execute brand communication plans and campaigns in line with the company's communication direction, brand positioning, and business priorities.
- Support annual, quarterly, and campaign-based communication planning for corporate and product-related activities.
- Coordinate timelines, content requirements, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation.
- Ensure communication output is consistent with approved key messages and campaign objective
2. Brand Guideline, Corporate Identity (CI) & Quality Control
- Implement brand guidelines, corporate identity standards, templates, and communication rules across all materials and touchpoints.
- Review content, key visuals, layouts, and communication assets from internal teams or agencies to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain visual and verbal coherence across campaigns, social content, event materials, and internal communications.
- Identify non-compliant materials and recommend revisions to improve brand consistency
3. Brand Storytelling, Social Content & Community Engagement
- Develop brand storytelling content that strengthens brand understanding, affinity, and relevance across target audiences.
- Develop brand-led social content such as customer stories, user-generated content, community content, trend-based content, and event-related communication.
- Coordinate community engagement activities that increase customer participation, amplify customer voice, and foster a stronger brand community.
- Coordinate with content, digital, and design teams to turn communication ideas into platform-ready assets.
- Track engagement performance and content quality, and recommend optimization ideas for future communication activities.
4. KOL/KOC Collaboration & Brand Amplification
- Handle KOL/KOC and influencer collaborations for brand communication campaigns, including briefing coordination, content alignment, posting follow-up, and performance tracking.
- Ensure influencer content reflects the brand tone, campaign message, and visual standards.
- Work with PR and Digital teams to maximize communication impact across earned, owned, and shared channels.
- Prepare recaps and basic analysis of brand communication amplification results
5. Internal Communication, Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Support internal communication initiatives and internal information sharing related to company activities by working with HR and cross-functional teams to align communication execution in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with event team to execute CSR activities and related communication materials, including messaging alignment, activity coordination, and post-activity follow-up.
- Prepare regular updates on communication outputs, content performance, and key learnings, and maintain organized communication assets and reference files for efficient execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor communication, and audience response, and suggest ideas to improve brand communication effectiveness.

Requirements:
1. Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand communication, content marketing, corporate communication, or a similar role.
- Experience in social media content planning, communication asset development, and coordination with creative teams.
- Familiarity with KOL/KOC coordination, content review, and communication performance tracking is preferred.
2. Competencies & Personal Attributes
- Good understanding of brand guideline management, corporate identity application, and communication planning.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with good judgment on brand tone, message consistency, and content quality.
