1. Brand Strategy & Launching:
- Translate existing brand strategy and assets into a clear go-to-market and launch roadmap
- Lead the official market launch of the brand, ensuring strong initial impact and coherence
- Develop Long-term brand-building strategy to grow awareness, preference, and trust over time
2. PR & Communication:
- Design and execute integrated PR and communication strategies to introduce and legitimize the brand.
- Build and manage relationships with key media, lifestyle platforms, KOLs, and influencers.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and public touch-points
3. Event Management & Experiential Marketing:
- Conceptualize and deliver flagship brand launch events (launch shows, VIP previews, brand parties).
- Develop ongoing lifestyle- and culture-driven brand experiences post-launch.
- Manage creative agencies, production partners, and external vendors to deliver premium- quality executions.
4. Leadership & Brand Governance:
- Build and lead a local
brand marketing team.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders while acting as the guardian of brand integrity.
- Ensure brand consistency across projects, materials, and customer experiences
*Note: This position is not focused on sales-driven or unit sell-through marketing.
The primary objective is brand value creation, reputation building, and long-term brand equity
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
·Total Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, PR, Integrated communications, or Creative fields.
· Strongly preferred experience in:
- Luxury consumer brands (fashion, jewelry, automotive, premium FMCG)
- Hospitality, lifestyle, or high-end service brands
- Advertising, branding, or PR agencies.
· Experience in brand launch execution and post-launch growth is highly desirable
· Key Achievement: Proven track record of launching new brands or leading major rebranding projects with innovative approaches.
· English: Business Professional / Fluent (Mandatory).
