Bae Beauty seeks a dynamic and innovative
Brand Manager to be in charge building brand awareness and equity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative, disruptive mindset and a passion for driving impactful communication and activation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in cosmetics, fashion, or creative advertising agencies, with a proven ability to create marketing campaign ideas and execute projects with precision and passion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Development:
• Develop and execute a strategic brand plan to build strong brand equity and awareness.
• Craft and implement creative, disruptive communication and activation campaigns to differentiate our brand in the market.
2. Communication & Activation:
• Plan and oversee all brand communication activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
• Planning and executing activation campaigns across digital, in-store, and offline platforms to engage consumers effectively.
3. KOL/KOC & Media Collaboration:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KOCs and media partners to amplify brand visibility.
• Leverage influencer networks and media partnerships to support brand awareness campaigns and product launches.
4. Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including retail partners.
• Ensure seamless collaboration to deliver high-quality outputs and meet project deadlines.
5. Performance Tracking & Analysis:
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives, using insights to refine future strategies.
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
6. Project Management:
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute initiatives effectively and efficiently.
