1. Participate in the process of shaping and developing the brand identity of Fonos
● Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
● Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
● Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
● Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
2. Building community and relationships with media, publishers and influencers..
● Develop relationships with media partners
● Develop and execute market operational plans
● Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics as they relate to media partners
3. Implement communication activities and activations
● Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
● Organizing activities such as book fairs, university tours, offline events...
● Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and evaluate ROI and KPI
Yêu cầu
Yêu cầu công việc
● Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager; candidates with
expertise in the application industry are preferred.
● Have user understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
● Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate
recommendations to executives
● Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
● Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
● Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
● Fluent English is mandatory
