Mô tả công việc
Job purpose: To effectively maintain and enhance company's branding & image in support of company's objectives.
By plan and implement Galaxy (GLX)'s public relations and brand communication strategies and programmes/ projects.
Responsibilities:
1/ Maintain and enhance company's branding & external communications including good media relations.
· Ensure articulation of GLX desired brand image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the GLX Group and to internal and external partners/ clients;
· Ensure all communication and marketing efforts are in line with vision, mission, ambition and brand strategy;
· Plan and oversee the production of all collaterals, such as press releases, speeches, media write ups, corporate ads, etc.;
· Monitor market trends, stay informed of developments in the fields of public relations and brand communications;
· Write and present reports to clients and senior management;
· Plan and manage media advertising and strategies;
· Maintain and build good media relations.
2/ Drive awareness for Galaxy USPs, alternative contents, new products/ services & cinema launches.
· Plan, coordinate and execute relevant programmes & publicity campaigns with the relevant GLX depts & partners to achieve key deliveries.
3/ Establish crisis communication plan.
· Plan and execute ERM & Crisis Communication Plan together with relevant depts include producing public/ media statements to safeguard Company's interest.
4/ Effective team management.

· Responsible for the achievement of the department's mission, goals and financial objectives;
· Develop short and long term plans and budgets for the department's activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate delivery;
· Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop and guide department's personnel;
· Work cohesively with all Departments in the Company to support Company initiatives including but not limited to Marketing programmes to maximize returns.
5/ Contribution to teamwork.
· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
· At least 03 years of experience in the same position related to branding activities;
· Experienced in team management;
· Be strong at brand management, brand positioning, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge to build highly interactive campaigns for target customers;
· Ability to analyze data;
· Experienced in marketing/ branding team of the retail industry is an advantage.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major;
· English skills: in advanced (written, oral, presentation);
