Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ownership
• Define and protect the Fizz brand identity, values, tone, and customer experience.
• Ensure all marketing, packaging, campaigns, and partnerships reflect the brand vision.
• Act as the internal champion for Fizz-driving decisions that prioritize brand integrity and long-term value.
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Set short- and long-term brand goals in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.
• Build and execute a clear roadmap for Fizz growth (product development, marketing, team expansion).
• Translate big ideas into structured plans with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
Team Building & Leadership
• Hire, lead, and mentor a small team (starting with marketing and design).
• Create a high-performance culture built around creativity, accountability, and agility.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, ops, finance) to align brand plans with company-wide execution.
Procurement & Supplier Management
• Source and manage supplier relationships for packaging, ingredients, merchandise, and marketing materials.
• Work with operations and finance to ensure timelines, cost targets, and quality expectations are met.
• Explore new formats, partnerships, or collaborations that align with the brand vision.
Marketing & Communications Oversight
• Guide overall marketing direction, ensuring campaigns are on-brand and effective.
• Approve creative content and ensure consistency across digital, retail, and events.
• Collaborate with internal marketing leads or agencies for execution.
Innovation & Growth
• Stay plugged into consumer trends, youth culture, and beverage innovation.
• Lead the ideation and rollout of new products, formats, or limited releases.
• Evaluate new brand opportunities or partnerships that align with Fizz's ethos.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in brand management, product leadership, or
business development-preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or beverage industries.
Proven ability to build and run a brand, not just market it.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience managing suppliers and executing on procurement timelines.
Deep understanding of branding, consumer engagement, and youth-driven culture.
English speaking competency
