Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in brand & marketing roles (with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial position).
Ideally from creative, publishing, FMCG, or lifestyle/retail industries.
Strategic thinking with a strong pulse on market and cultural trends.
Experience with cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.
SKILLS
Strong creative instincts and visual taste - you know what "feels right" and can brief/design accordingly.
Great communicator - persuasive, empathetic, and clear across teams and channels.
Confident in setting goals, managing timelines, and keeping everyone aligned.

Salary and Bonuses
Range salary: upto Gross 90,000,000 VND per month, plus a 13th-month salary and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
Annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment.
Monthly attendance bonus of 300,000-500,000 VND.
Longevity bonuses.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
