Brand Foundation Development (10%)
Conduct quarterly research on target audience insights, brand perception, and competitive analysis.
Define brand visions, missions, core values, and visual guidelines in collaboration with managers.
Liaise with design teams to ensure brand characteristics are conveyed effectively.
Manage project timelines and budget efficiency for brand development projects.
Brand Engagement (70%)
Plan and execute quarterly brand engagement campaigns, including awareness and partnership initiatives.
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to deliver effective awareness ads.
Create various forms of engaging content for planned campaigns.
Organize partnership and branding events to enhance brand image.
Monitor project timelines, optimize campaign activities, and manage budgets efficiently.
Brand Monitoring (20%)
Identify touchpoints for brand interaction and conduct regular research on brand perception.
Ensure consistent brand assets across all touchpoints using brand guidelines.
Utilize social listening tools to measure brand activation and advocacy.
Monitor brand presence across all channels and modify strategies as needed.
Review and adjust perceived messages regularly to maintain brand consistency.
Monitor social ranking among competitors and mitigate negative impacts when possible.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Marketing
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the IT outsourcing or technology industry.
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and the technology landscape.
Proven track record of conducting market research, competitor analysis, and brand positioning.
Experience in developing and executing brand engagement campaigns across various channels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
