1/ Strategic Branding & IMC: Conduct user behavior research and market analysis to establish Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies, positioning the brand as a market leader and building solid trust in customers' minds.
2/ Unified Messaging Framework: Directly develop standardized messaging for each target audience, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
3/ Organic Growth Management: Execute growth plans for organic traffic across the social ecosystem (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads) and nurture loyal user communities through value-driven content.
4/ Strategic Livestream Roadmap: Design and directly coordinate the strategic livestream roadmap, transforming live interactions into powerful channels for emotional engagement and user behavior conversion.
5/ Brand Quality & Aesthetic Stewardship: Oversee brand quality and aesthetics for all creative assets and multi-channel content, ensuring every touchpoint meets the highest standards of brand identity and value.
Yêu cầu
1/ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields in Economics/Social Sciences.
2/ Experience: Minimum of 02 years of direct experience in Branding/MarCom within fast-paced environments or Agencies.
3/ Storytelling Excellence: Exceptional linguistic skills (English - Vietnamese) with the ability to transform dry data into inspiring brand stories.
4/ O2O Campaign Execution: Solid understanding of implementing large-scale Integrated Online-to-Offline (O2O) campaigns.
5/ Livestream Proficiency: Practical experience in scriptwriting and livestream operations to achieve measurable engagement and conversion metrics.
6/ AI-Driven Creativity: Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) to optimize content production speed and experiment with new creative ideas.
7/ Performance-Branding Mindset: Ability to analyze conversion funnel metrics to ensure branding activities are not just "aesthetic" but directly support user growth (NRU) and conversion goals.
8/ Social Listening & Agility: Skilled in social listening to "catch trends" and react swiftly to real-time user conversations.
