1. Principal / Client Management
· Act as the key contact between the company and assigned Principals.
· Build strong and long-term Principal relationships.
· Understand Principal objectives and translate them into actionable business plans.
· Lead regular business reviews and follow up on agreed action plans.
· Manage Principal requests, issues and commercial discussions.
2. Business & Commercial Management
· Develop and execute annual and monthly business plans for assigned brands.
· Monitor sales, profitability, P&L and business performance.
· Prepare sales and margin forecasts and identify performance gaps.
· Develop corrective actions and identify new business opportunities.
· Prepare commercial proposals and business cases for management approval.
3. Customer & Channel Development
· Work closely with Sales/KAM teams to drive sales and distribution growth.
· Identify new customers, channels, listings and portfolio opportunities.
· Support customer negotiations, Joint Business Plans and commercial agreements.
· Develop customer-specific growth plans and monitor performance.

Trade Marketing & Execution
· Develop promotional and commercial plans together with Principals and Sales teams.
· Monitor trade investment, A&P and promotion effectiveness.
· Support new product launches and channel activation.
· Ensure effective execution of pricing, promotion, distribution and visibility.
5. Cross-functional & Operational Management
· Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, E-commerce and Legal teams.
· Monitor inventory, stock cover, OOS and NED risks. · Coordinate forecasting and shipment planning.
· Resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of agreed business plans.
6. New Product Launch & Project Management
· Coordinate end-to-end new product launches.
· Develop launch plans and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Principal teams.
· Monitor launch progress and post-launch performance.
· Identify corrective actions when launch performance is below expectations.
7. Market & Business Analysis
· Monitor market trends, competitors, customers and channel development.
· Analyze customer and channel performance.
· Prepare recommendations based on sales and market data.
· Provide regular insights to management and Principal.
· Benchmark pricing, assortment, promotion and distribution where relevant.
8. Business Review & Reporting
· Monthly Business Review (MBR)
· Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
· Annual Business Review
· Sales performance reports
· Brand P&L
· Forecast
· Inventory report
· A&P / trade fund report
· Promotion evaluation
· Distribution / penetration report
· Action plan and risk report
Ensure reports are fact-based, commercially meaningful and recommendation-oriented, rather than simply reporting numbers.
