Mô tả công việc
Brand: Be in charge of communication activities to enhance brand awareness, trust, health (60%)
- In charge of communication initiatives to enhance brand awareness, trust, and brand health
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to propose new initiatives aligned with business goals
- Develop and execute branding plans including PR, activations, events, and sponsorships across BTL, ATL, and OOH channels
- Plan and manage influencer marketing: develop creative concepts, coordinate with agencies/KOLs, manage bookings, and ensure delivery of brand message and product USP
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality campaign execution and consistency with brand positioning and guidelines
- Design templates to collect/analyze data, track performance, and monitor budget usage
- Conduct regular brand health and awareness tracking
Responsible for Partnership development strategy and execution to grow sale and drive new business opportunities in south region (40%)
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive sales growth and unlock new business opportunities in the assigned region
- Identify and engage with potential partners to drive traffic and conversion via Vexere's website and app
- Approach potential clients to sell vouchers and run joint cross-marketing or promotional campaigns
- Build templates to analyze internal and external data, track performance, and optimize future activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and quality delivery of campaigns and assets
- Analyze and negotiate with payment gateway providers to optimize fees and contract terms
Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of experience in planning & running marketing campaigns (branding & Promotion campaigns)
Good working knowledge of various marketing channels
