Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity Creation & Strategy
Own the end-to-end brand development process, transforming raw research into compelling brand stories, personalities, and aesthetics.
Integrate insights from Amazon, TikTok, Market, and Visual teams to identify gaps and create unique, virality-driven brand identities.
Build comprehensive Brand Guidelines (tone of voice, messaging, visual direction) that reflect bold differentiation and emotional resonance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with research teams to ensure data is collected accurately, patterns are valid, and insights are actionable.
Partner with top management to present brand concepts, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
Coordinate with the TikTok Commerce Manager, Amazon Specialists,
Designers, and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Market Research & Adaptation
Take the lead on Market Research for brand positioning-understanding consumer psychology, competitor landscapes, and emerging trends.
Constantly evaluate market signals and be ready to adapt the brand's direction or target audience approach based on shifts in consumer behavior.
Guide the team in pivoting brand elements when necessary, ensuring longevity and relevance in fast-changing markets.
Brand Launch & Lifecycle Management
Oversee the onboarding of new brands, from concept sign-off to live execution, ensuring brand integrity and alignment at each milestone.
Provide ongoing support and direction post-launch, monitoring how the brand performs and resonates with audiences.
Lead brand updates or rebrands if required, harnessing internal data and market feedback to refine brand positioning.
Team Leadership & Communication
Supervise brand-related projects, delegate tasks appropriately, and keep everyone aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
Conduct regular check-ins with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on brand standards and objectives.
Report key findings, progress updates, and critical concerns to top management with concise, loyal, and transparent communication.
Strategic Growth & Innovation
Identify opportunities to scale successful brands into new markets or product lines, especially in the USA/EU.
Encourage bold and creative ideas that move the needle-functionality, aesthetics, and emotional connectivity are all part of the brand's DNA.
Stay updated with branding trends,
digital marketing shifts, and consumer behavior insights, ensuring our brands remain cutting-edge.
