Mô tả công việc
As a Brand Unit Leader / Sell-out management Leader - Retail MKT team, your role will be included but not limited following tasks:
- Be in charge of Home Entertainment Products: TV, Audio,...
- Manage a skillful field force (product Consultant - PC) at Modern Channel and Brand shops
Make a plan to expand field force (benchmark with key competitors)
Work with outsource agency to implement the plan in time with high quality
Promoter Evaluation and Improvement Plan for every individual
Cooperate with supervisors to manage the daily operation of field force at all stores
- Prepare all MI reports, related to market price, competitors' new models, promotion, evaluate its' affection to HE sell out and propose a solution to the sales team or Product Director
- Set up monthly sell-out target, then monitor weekly sell outperformance of every Product Consultants belong to all account and have the right action to recover the gap vs target
- Prepare a monthly sell-out plan with the sales team. Then initiate Field Force sell-out programs periodically, execute it and evaluate the effectiveness
- Work with a trainer and outside training centers to organize training courses to improve PC' sales capability
- Monthly prepare store competitiveness analysis, find out the reason for low performance and work for a solution with related persons from sales, merchandisers....
- Build constructive relationships with Store Manager and Floor Salesmen (Ex: Organize Happy Dinner, Relationship management activities to tighten the relationship with stores' people...)
Yêu cầu
5-year experience in retail management, sellout management, especially in Electronics Industry
Max 33-years old - Male is preferable
Available to travel up to 50% of time
Good at Excel and Powerpoint for sales report and statistic.
Fluent in English. Work closely with Foreign Leaders
