Mô tả công việc
• Meeting with customers to get requests and analyze/clarify its demand.
• Create Function Design (FD), Detail Design (DD) document.
• Write test cases, unit tests, and integration tests.
• Define business flow and business logic.
• Participate in team collaborative design and document review (for DD & Test) activities.
• Do the rough estimation when getting requirements or participate in the estimation.
• Collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business and integration requirements into function scope & test scenarios, then solutions.
• Other tasks are assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Technical requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant major.
• From 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or BrSE position.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Function Design (FD), Detail Design (DD).
• Have experience in doing multi-project scope & complex domains such as healthcare, retail, education, etc. at the same time.
• Experience in working with Database Query is preferred.
2. Other skills:
• Japanese: JLPT N3+, English communication is a plus.
• Excellent in logical thinking.
• Keen to learn new things at work.
• Problem-solving skills, concentration, proactive and independent.
• Good interpersonal & teamwork spirit.
• Able to work under high pressure.
