Mô tả công việc

This Business Analysis Manager is responsible for define solution to improve success rate's performance of Zalopay. The detailed responsibilities include:

Analyze to assist with Department strategies including business model, financial performance and projection (clear example of financial performance & projection experience)
Deeply understand the whole success rate picture from the product side to the technical side;
Lead data analyze for:

Create ideas for new features or optimize the currents on ZaloPay (Apps and ZaloPay in Zalo) in order to increase the success rate through researching (market situation related to funding channels/user scenarios...), analyzing data & product/user understanding;
Provide business requirements to Product backlog for development process;
Monitor the progress, measure the service performance and feedback for the product development & operations team to drive the goals;
Collaborate & align with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product team) to ensure your stakeholders understand the specific requirements to deliver qualified results timely;
Take charge of daily/ weekly/ monthly reports or other reports as requirements.

Technical Expertise's

BI TOOLS: Tablea, Looker, Power BI, Matplotlib, Excel, Spreadsheet
LANGUAGE SQL: Python, PySpark, VBA
DATA PREPROCESSING: Data Mining, Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, PCA
DATA ARCHITECTURE: Logical Data Model, Physical Data Model, Relational Data Model

Competencies

Highly competent in business acumen, revenue generation or numerical metrics through various analytic practices.
Data modelling from abstract, logical model to physical relational data model on multiple cross-domain discipline.
Well-rounded approach on both business analytic tools and software engineering
Time management: Be able to work with tight timeline and high pressure. Quickly adapt to emerging challenges and execute under ambiguity
Working knowledge of Fintech sector/ Banking/ E-commerce
Candidates with a detailed and data-oriented mindset. Know how to leverage this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
At least 03 years' experience in building product (especially UI/UX) or a role of Product Owner.
Quick learning and adapt, be passion, patient and willing to learn new things
Experience in working directly with software engineers and other multidisciplinary teams.
Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users and partner's problems.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Great organizational and communication skills.
