Responsibilities:
• Receive requests, collect information, and analyze business requirements to clarify product expectations and objectives.
• Analyze and propose appropriate models and solutions based on the collected requirements.
• Prepare business requirement specification (BRS) documents, use case specifications, and design wireframes or prototypes.
• Provide business-oriented consultation based on thorough analysis and research.
• Collaborate closely with the Development team throughout the software development process to ensure all members fully understand the business requirements.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals; organize user training sessions and provide support to resolve issues during system usage.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, or relevant internship experience is a plus
• Preference will be given to candidates with (internship) experience in business analysis or product development for companies in Fintech, Digital Banking, E-payment, or Securities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with BA tools such as Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, Figma.
• Passionate about exploring product trends in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
