Mô tả công việc

Gather user requirements from subject matter experts and stakeholders and translate these into requirements for agile software development.
Work alongside development teams to refine the details of requirements and acceptance criteria.
Educate and mentor team members to further develop their abilities to understand business needs, and how to create appropriate user stories.
Give guidance to teams in agile processes, scrum ceremonies and team development.
Assist in promoting high standards of process and quality across all teams.
Investigate business processes to identify possible improvements in process and in technological support.
Analyze technical requirements, recommend appropriate solutions and approaches to solving problems based on system design and data flow charts.
Lead and adhere to VA procedures, processes, and provide expert knowledge to resolving all IT related requirements.
Understand and elaborate on technical architecture to assist in recommendations to solving complex problems.
Evaluate business processes and develop pros and cons associated to best practices that reaches optimal outcomes.
Coordinate with all vendors to perform analysis, research, and provide effective resolutions.
Participate in infrastructure and operations discussions that maintain compliance to all VA standards, regulations, and collaborate with IT architecture teams to perform risk assessments.
Experience and knowledgeable in standardizing complex technical problems.
Adhere to team quality assurance measures to develop high-quality, error-free materials and deliverables.
Leverage excellent writing skills to translate complicated issues from multiple information sources into a clear point of view, and create a compelling, concise, and well-written narrative
Leverage excellent presentation development skills to synthesize complex information into succinct visualizations using PowerPoint and work with graphics designers to develop advanced visualizations

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Information System, business analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, information management, ...)
3-5 years of experience in Business Analyst for Software Projects
Excellent skills working in MS Word and MS Excel, building PowerPoint decks, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.
Exceptional quality assurance skills, especially proofreading skills for accuracy and completeness.
Ability to edit briefings tailored to stakeholders.
Meticulous organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Experienced with Agile, Scrum and PMBOK best practices a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ideal candidates will possess experience with:
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other team and external stakeholders.
Ability to think "outside of the box" while communicating or dealing with a variety of situations.
Possess clear understanding of the activities, roles, and responsibilities on large scale IT projects.
Understanding in system integration
Expertise in editing documents, preparing impact statements, providing meeting support (e.g., scheduling, preparing materials, facilitating, documenting, and distributing minutes, etc.).
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
