Business Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Assisted in gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients or product owners through interviews, surveys, and research.
Describe, analyze, and propose business process improvements.
Create and manage project documentation, including BRD, User Stories, SRS, Use Case List, Wireframe...
Collaborate with UI/UX, Developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation.
Participate in project meetings, track feedback, and document requirement changes.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.
Learn and apply business analysis and project management methodologies.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory:
Final-year students or recent graduates in Information Technology, Information Systems, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with at least one diagramming tool: Balsamiq, [protected info], Visio...
Basic English skills (ability to read technical documents and communicate).
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Preferred (Nice to have):
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development processes.
Experience with PlantUML, BPMN, and Swagger for process modeling.
Previous internship or project experience in business analysis.
