Role Description The Business Analyst Intern will support the analysis and improvement of business processes and requirements in a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Day-to-day activities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, and assisting with process optimization initiatives. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify operational gaps, and propose solutions aligned with AI-driven business operations.
The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, supporting stakeholder communication, and assisting in testing and validating proposed changes to ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to document needs, define use cases, and support solution design.
Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to process improvements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and write clear documentation.
Basic understanding of AI, data, or cloud-related concepts is beneficial, along with proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in team settings in an on-site environment.
Fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
