Gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders,
product owners and end-users for features related to navigation, real-time tracking, map rendering, trip management, and location-based services.
Break down business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear, measurable Acceptance Criteria following Agile/Scrum methodology.
Develop comprehensive documentation including BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), wireframes, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and API specifications.
Design wireframes and mockups for map interfaces, tracking dashboards, and trip detail screens using Figma or equivalent tools.
Collaborate closely with
developers, QA testers, UI/UX designers, and operation teams to ensure all features meet functional, performance, and usability standards.
Support QA in building test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate delivered features against requirements.
Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ...) to accelerate analysis, documentation, prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
Maintain and groom the product backlog on Jira, ensuring stories are always refined and sprint-ready.
Identify edge cases and exceptions specific to the navigation domain (e.g. GPS drift, signal loss, offline mode, geofencing alerts).
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent role in software projects.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in writing User Stories, Use Cases, BRD/FRD and creating flowcharts, sequence diagrams.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence (or Notion, ClickUp).
Ability to create wireframes/mockups using Figma or equivalent design tools.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data querying and validation.
Familiarity with RESTful API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) and API testing tools (Postman).
Proficient in at least one AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Antigravity, ...) with demonstrated ability to apply AI in daily work tasks - this is a mandatory requirement.
Good English reading comprehension for technical documentation.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in navigation , map, logistics, fleet management domain is a strong plus.
