What You Will Be Doing
Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Development Teams, and end-users, to elicit and document project requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive information on user needs and business objectives.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Process Analysis:
- Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand workflow challenges and propose solutions.
Conceptualization:
- Contribute to the conceptualization of new features and product enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to create user stories, wireframes, and other artifacts to articulate product concepts.
Documentation:
- Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in the creation of test cases and collaborate with the QA team to ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Experience with requirement gathering techniques, process analysis, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
