Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and propose product features to improve overall product quality and user value.
Analyze feedback from the Customer Support team to identify user pain points and areas for improvement.
Translate the Product Manager's roadmap and strategy into clear and actionable technical requirements.
Write product documentation including PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, feature logic, and define data validation rules and edge cases.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) thoroughly to ensure features work as expected and meet UI/UX standards before release.
Work closely with
developers to clarify requirements and resolve blockers during implementation.
Yêu cầu
Must have:
At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or
Product Owner role in a product-based company.
Good English communication skills.
Strong in-depth problem analysis and logical thinking ability.
Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in problem-solving and decision-making contexts.
Basic knowledge of UX principles to ensure the application is user-friendly.
Nice to have:
Experience using user analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
Ability to use AI tools to support personal productivity and product-related tasks.
