Manage and mentor BA team according to a roadmap consistent with the company's business plan.
Define the value proposition for the business analytics function, defining the roles and responsibilities of business analytics staff, at all levels and levels.
Work closely with product development teams, users, and multiple departments.
Understand business requirements and any other requirements from Clients, PO, and higher managers
Analyze and specify requirements according to project requirements and convert into software requirements/functional requirements.
Collaborate with the Engineering team in requirement development and verify requirements after they are implemented.
Support in developing scenarios and performing tests.
Support customers during the acceptance test process.
Yêu cầu
Least 1 year of experience as a team leader.
Experience working with Digital Transformation Products, E-commerce systems, FinTech, EduTech, Social Networks is a plus
Strong in UI/UX design
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills is a plus.
Understanding / know of Agile process and principles is a plus
Good organizational and time management skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Have a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and carefulness in work.
Proficiency in English(required), Chinese and Khmer is a plus
