Mô tả công việc
Gather business and system requirements from various business stakeholders
Assist business stakeholders to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions
Communicate with business stakeholders to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements
Quickly absorb and understand domain knowledge Identify & manage gaps, technical issues & risks, then assist with mitigation strategies
Work with Technical leads and other technical roles to design optimal solution
Provide right support and review to other BAs to ensure business analysis artifacts & products are delivered at high quality
Design application mock-up / wire-frame using prototyping tools and model the requirements by using charting tools
Document the project operations (User Story, BRD, SRS)
Being BA in project and do the tasks requested by Project Manager or BA Manager.
Work with Quality Control (QC) to verify that all system requirements, including change requests, are implemented and traceable
Yêu cầu
University graduate majoring in IT or Business but have been trained in IT or BA
Atleast 01 year experiences in business analysis or similar job, acted as the connection bridge between users and software development team
Experiences in OTA (Online Travel Agent) is a plus
Knowledge and Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Good business process modeling skill
Good at writing documents User Story, URD, SRS
Experience with E-Commerce and/or CRM is a plus
Experience in an Agile development environment
Able to perform check (test) the business requirements
Good at problem solving and consulting
Attitude

Highly responsible for the assigned tasks
