Business Developer (Furniture)

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Developer (BD) for furniture, responsible for leading processing from concept to market launch sourcing and development. This role requires a strategic, innovative thinker with expertise in furniture design and market trends, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality products on time and within budget.
BD will be responsible for finding and negotiating with the current and new sources after market research, research and development (R&D) and report direct to team lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and development: understand new furniture concept development, aligning with brand aesthetics for markets (US, AU...) with designers and sales team.
Project Monitor: Oversee product lifecycle, timelines, and budgets, coordinating across design, procurement, and production.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs and trends; benchmark competitor products.
Supplier Coordination: Source materials and evaluate suppliers for quality and sustainability through the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing on product positioning and sales on feedback-based improvements and communicating with customers as a part of sales services.
Business Target: meet the target as per request.
