About Your Role :
As a Business Development Engineer/Executive, you'll spearhead our efforts to explore new market segments and champion our products. With a blend of critical thinking and an aggressive attitude towards market capture, your role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and bolstering profitability within your designated market segment.
Your Responsibilities :
• The role will be reporting direct to the General Manager.
• Achieve business growth targets as set by the Sales and Marketing Director, leveraging critical analysis to identify potential customers and strategically determine the customer base.
• Strategically plan visits to both prospective and existing clients, ensuring a persistent approach in engaging key entities.
• Advocate for our products with tenacity, monitor offered deals, and contribute feedback to aid in forecasting and budgeting for your assigned region or scope.
• Adopt a holistic, critically informed perspective when required, while primarily focusing on your product responsibility.
• Display persistence and critical insight in refining operational procedures and upholding quality assurance protocols.

What We're Looking For :
• Applicants are obligated to submit the resumes in English language.
• A background in Engineering, Business Admin, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in engineering sales and the adhesive industries.
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience in industrial consumables.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, complemented by fluency in the local language.
• Willingness to frequently travel.
• A candidate with a proactive nature, aggressive in market penetration, persistent in overcoming challenges, and possessing a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and responsibility.
