Mô tả công việc
- Plan to introduce the company's delivery services to new consumers and gain KPIs for building new client groups, as well as providing customer support to existing customers.
- Enrich customers pipeline, negotiate and sign contracts with customers regarding the Logistics services Lazada is providing.
- Maintain relationships and provide after-sales customer care in responsible area to ensure customer satisfaction with Lazada's service quality.
- Coordinate with management team in developing individual and team revenue implementation plans.
- Prepare reports on work results for direct managers weekly/monthly.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated college and university, preferably majoring in Economics, Logistics, Export and Import,...
-At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, Consulting... priority in the field of express delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive and manage end-to-end business and sales process
- Willing to work in a self-motivated and challenging environment
