Job Description:
Work with BDM to achieve individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Actively manage lead generation activities, including the identification and qualification of prospects, key decision makers, cold calling and follow-up emails; meetings; and feeding information into CRM database
Maintain close relationship with existing clients
Maintain full, accurate and up-to-date information relating to the latest status of all sales prospects in CRM including, the sales stage, copies of any visit reports, proposal, contract, etc.
Deal with customer objections by investigating issues and come up with solutions
Follow up with clients & trainers from pre-course activities, during the training and to the post-course following up
Develop strong relationships with trainers and other departments in the company
Prepare weekly and monthly reports sent to BDM/BOD
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development
Co-ordinating sales effort with marketing programmes
Other tasks within scope of professional ability as per request from BDM/BOD

Previous experience in selling training programs would be an advantage
Experience in telesales, B2B sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Logical thinking and effective customer objection-handling skills
Proactive mindset, willing to learn & change
Able to communicate in English (both speaking and writing)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
