Key Responsibilities:
Support in Revenue Generation (30%)
Help identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to the agency's revenue goals.
Client Outreach and Engagement: (20%)
Engage with potential clients, presenting our services and assisting in the negotiation process to secure new business.
Project Management (50%)
Assist the project lead in coordinating and executing
digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Support internal teams to manage project tasks and deliverables.
Work with sales admin to prepare project paperwork and documentation, including contract and liquidation requests.
Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to the project lead on performance and results.
Handle day-to-day client communication, addressing inquiries, and providing timely feedback.
Contribute to pitch presentations and client meetings, showcasing the agency's capabilities and innovative digital marketing solutions.
Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
business development or a related field, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Understanding digital marketing trends and market dynamics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and contribute to a positive work environment.
