* JOB SCOPE
• To work closely with Manager
- Trade Credit to maintain and grow business book of Aon Vietnam
• To liaise with Sales Professionals (SPs) and other business units for upsell, cross sales activities to have the best sales pitch for successfully deal closes
• In concert, to assist Financial Services and Profession Group (FSPG) team in handling KYC/income key-in and other tasks as below named if required.
* MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
• Directly reporting to Manager of Trade Credit, to be responsible for providing satisfactory services as per Aon Broker Guide in terms of after-sales service and claim handling as per company and standard business procedures;
• To actively participate in driving new/new budget allocated;
• To building and maintain close business relationship with underwriters and clients;
• To liaise with SPs and other business units in exploring new business opportunities and provide broking services for success deals closing. Scope of works include, but not limited to drafting quotation slips, verifying insurers quotations, comparing and analyzing offers from insurers, proposing recommendations and co-meeting with SPs to explain terms to clients/prospects;
• To be aware of insurers' underwriting taste, protocol, new products, new market and keep SPs updated on regular basis;
• To familiarize with Aon procedures and strictly complied;
• To update market appetite/intelligence, insurers wordings/questionnaires and marketing tools on regular basis;
• To understand the needs of clients and respond in an efficient and professional manner. Such enquiries may relate to claims, premiums, market trend, and product information or claim statistics.
• To advise clients on claim control measure and provide assistance in case of claim;
• To report issues on a regular basis to ensure all clients complaints are reported and taken seriously;
• To produce reports as required by management and regional team if required
• To involve and work with regional Bid Management team as per protocol in case of tender
• Other tasks assigned by Manager - Trade Credit
• Indirectly reporting to Executive Director of FSPG, to handle income key-in as per company procedure
• To update market appetite/intelligence, insurers wordings/questionnaires and marketing tools on regular basis, if required;
• To handle translation if required
Yêu cầu
* Education : University degree, especially Foreign Trade, Economics or Finance, Banking
* Others:
• Fluent English communication and writing
• Excellent IT skills, specially Excel, Word and Power Point
• Strong interpersonal skill
