KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting line:
Business Development Lead
1. Business Growth & Client Development
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities
- Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop go-to-market strategies across key industries: FMCG, Tech, Gaming, Finance, Beauty, F&B, and more.
2. Integrated Solution Development
- Understand client challenges, business goals, and campaign objectives
- Build integrated solutions across:
o Influencer / KOL / KOC strategies
o IMC campaign planning
o Content & production direction
o Sponsorship and partnership models
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to craft winning proposals and pitch decks
3. Pitching & Deal Closing
- Lead the full sales cycle: brief intake → proposal → pricing → negotiation → closing
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline with clear forecasting
- Lead or contribute to pitching and tender processes
4. Ecosystem & Partnership Development
- Build strong partnerships with:
o Brand clients & advertisers
o Influencers, talents, and creators
o Production partners
o Media partners, publishers, and communities
- Drive strategic opportunities in: Co-branding - Sponsorships - IP - led commercial projects
5. Market Insights & Innovation
- Monitor trends in influencer marketing, digital content, and platform ecosystems
- Identify whitespace opportunities and propose new service offerings
- Benchmark competitors and industry best practices to sharpen BOX Studio's market positioning
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the key bridge between clients and internal teams
- Ensure all proposed solutions are strategically strong, commercially viable, and operationally
executable
- Partner closely with delivery teams for seamless handover and execution success
- Experience: 3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong background in:
o Digital / Creative / Media Agencies
o Influencer Marketing
o Production / Content
o Related commercial roles
- Proven track record in pitching and winning projects.
- Strong network with brands, media, or creator ecosystems is a plus.
- Strategic, commercially sharp, and highly execution-driven.
